I. Product Introduction

AN-FB-200 Microcomputer-Controlled Electronic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine, widely used for static load and mechanical property tests of metals, non-metals, composites, and mechanical components; capable of tensile, compressive, bending fatigue, fracture mechanics, physical and simulation tests. Designed for product design, suitable for fatigue performance testing in the low-load testing field.

Section II: Solution Description

2.1 Mainframe: The mainframe is composed of four main parts: the frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. The frame consists of columns, worktable, vibration platform, upper beam, screw lifting mechanism, and base. These components are assembled together and securely mounted on the base; the tested spring is mounted between the vibration platform and screw lifting mechanism via a limit groove. The height adjustment of the screw lifting mechanism meets the requirements of different sizes and specifications of test pieces. By replacing the fixture, it can accommodate test pieces with different mounting methods.

2.2 Loading Mechanism: A mechanical structure primarily composed of a crank and connecting rod mechanism, converting the motor's rotational motion into a vertical reciprocating linear motion; by adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of the reciprocating linear motion can be adjusted to meet the required test stroke for the tested component.

2.3 Transmission System: The transmission mechanism consists of a three-phase asynchronous variable-frequency motor and a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be freely regulated within the range of 0.5 to 5 Hz.

2.4 Control System: Our company independently researches, develops, and produces the computer measurement and control system, which features memory capabilities, allowing historical test data to be accessed at any time. The measurement and control system serves as the core of the testing device. It collects test force signals from each spring during the testing process via the computer and displays the test force in real-time. It also shows various status parameters such as test frequency, current test count, load and time curves at each station, and test force decay. On the other hand, it sets control parameters according to control requirements, such as setting the number of test stops for automatic shutdown, adjusting the test force based on stress decline for automatic shutdown, etc. It sends control signals to the high-voltage control box, which in turn controls the main motor via the high-voltage controller. It also controls the adjustment mechanisms for the upper and lower testing spaces, protects the space adjustment function during the testing process to prevent erroneous actions, and ensures the safety of the operator and equipment.

2.5 Software Features Overview

2.5.1 Number of test trials can be set. The capacity is 1 billion times.

2.5.2 Upon reaching the set number of test cycles, the control of the testing machine will stop the test.

2.5.3 The test software system displays the test frequency and number of tests on the computer and judges the break and shutdown.

2.5.4 Equipped with an automatic stop function for any work station breakage and a stop function when the test force degrades to a predetermined load.

2.5.5 Features real-time display of single specimen force-time curves and records load decay data at the sampling intervals set by the test plan.
