2. Clean machine tools and oil according to the equipment lubrication chart or oiling points.
Before operation, follow the equipment lubrication chart to oil the machine, and check the oil level or oiling point.
Operators must be familiar with the machine tool operation sequence and performance, and it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment beyond its specifications.
5. In adjustment mode, adjust the sliding table and tool holder's speed and distance.
Operators must be trained, pass an examination, or meet the required qualifications before being certified to work.
7. Inspect the main shaft box for lubrication, clutch, and braking, and rotate the main shaft at low speed.
Before shutdown, reset the machine and turn off the spindle motor. Wait for the spindle to stop rotating, then turn off the oil pump motor.
9. Fast forward and rewind should not be adjusted too quickly to prevent accidents. The tension of the belt should be appropriate, and the protective guard must be in place.LockTight.
Absolutely no slippers, sandals, or shorts allowed while operating to prevent metal shavings from causing burns. Gloves are also strictly prohibited.
11. Start the oil pump motor, tighten the elastic chuck around the workpiece, and adjust.Hydraulic SystemPressure, work pressure, clamping pressure, upsetting pressure; inspect main shaft box lubrication.
12. The initial cutting edge measurement should increase gradually, with the feed rate being appropriately adjusted.
13. Promptly handle cleaning oil; avoid overfilling tempering oil; be cautious when placing or retrieving materials.
