Our explosion-proof booth strictly prohibits the storage or temporary placement of any combustible or flammable materials, as well as items with strong corrosive properties. Before our maintenance personnel enter the booth, they must activate the explosion-proof switch outside to turn on the隔爆型轴流风机. In the event of any issues or abnormal states such as combustion during work, the internal door's push rod must be pushed outward to automatically open the door, ensuring our personnel's safety.
Positive-pressure explosion-proof cabins will house various explosion-proof boxes, junction boxes, explosion-proof switches, and backup power supplies, among other connecting components. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle or loosen these parts while they are live. When repairing our products or replacing internal components, the explosion-proof cabin must be de-energized prior to operation. Alternatively, portable flammable gas detectors must be tested and deemed safe before entering the operation area.
During routine maintenance, the explosion-proof analysis booth requires checking the status of the electrical and gas operation around the perimeter, as well as verifying the air supply to the measuring instruments for any issues. We conduct comprehensive inspections of the products before operation. The explosion-proof analysis booth must be checked monthly to ensure that the explosion-proof fans inside are functioning properly and that the combustible gas alarms are operational.
