Design engineers at our explosion-proof factory will engage in detailed discussions with clients regarding parameters before proceeding with the design of dimensions, installation methods, and explosion-proof ratings. If the client's information is sufficiently detailed, it can be directly handed over to the designer, thus saving the trouble of inaccurate communication.
The framework and explosion-proof components of the preliminary explosion-proof control box are processed. Technicians will provide the production workshop with the required materials based on the actual communication and drawings, for cutting, welding, and powder coating for explosion-proof treatment. The shell of the explosion-proof control box is designed to ensure the quality of the control box in the future.
The workshop staff will conduct quality inspections and explosion-proof surface structure checks. After completing the shell inspection, the surface will be uniformly coated with paint, ensuring the color matches the specifications on the drawings and that the structure is identical. Only after these checks will the components be sent to the assembly workshop for installation and wiring.
During the mid-product phase, assembly and wiring processing begin. If the internal components of the explosion-proof control box are sent by the customer, workshop personnel can assemble them according to the accessories. During wiring, different specifications of wires are chosen based on voltage and current, and different colored wires are used for various circuits. A wire number is marked at each connection point for ease of user maintenance later on.
Each machine undergoes testing and inspection after assembly, ensuring that every explosion-proof control box operates smoothly. Should the inspection pass, the inspectors will further examine the equipment and confirm with the users that the product meets the required specifications.
