The explosion-proof distribution cabinets are made of Q235 steel plate or stainless steel, with all joints treated and sealed for product-specific purposes. The explosion-proof cabinets also include positive pressure types, featuring a ventilation-style inlet for continuous, uninterrupted gas supply. The gases carrying the working elements in the positive pressure system are removed through our gas lines, ensuring excellent heat dissipation. The components of the explosion-proof positive pressure cabinets consist of the cabinet body, automatic control, gas distribution, and user power distribution. The cabinet body is composed of a positive pressure chamber and a secondary pressure chamber, housing the user power distribution components and automatic control systems, and is equipped with cables for connection.
The explosion-proof distribution box can be installed in areas with minimal vibration and on flat surfaces. The primary installation method is floor-mounted, but wall-mounted installation is also possible. The bottom of the product features dedicated mounting holes. Specific parameters are detailed in the manual. The wiring of the explosion-proof distribution box can be referenced from industry-standard data or designed in accordance with the cabinet structure requirements. During transportation, the product must not be significantly tilted or moved by prying, as this may affect the product's sealing performance.
Our products undergo a pre-completion adjustment for the pressurized self-control feature; however, users must still re-tune the feature based on the on-site conditions before operation. The self-control voltage is suitable for 220V or a 50Hz power distribution. Prior to product tuning, it is essential to check for any damage that could affect our explosion-proof performance and ensure the product wiring is correct. After verifying that the manual valve is open and all is in order, the product tuning can proceed.
