When selecting equipment, it is also necessary to consider the design and manufacturing quality of the equipment, in addition to the design and manufacturing standards provided by the manufacturer, one should also refer to the usage of such equipment in other wastewater treatment plants.
3. Equipment operability, a content within the field of human factors engineering, is required to be convenient and reliable, in line with ergonomic principles. For instance, the installation positions of valves and handwheels should meet the height requirements of human bodies, and the noise levels of blowers and dehydrators should be within the specified limits.
4. Equipment maintainability refers to the ease of repair once a fault occurs, such as having complete technical documentation for the equipment, using standardized parts as much as possible during replacement, providing special maintenance tools, gauges, and an adequate inventory of spare parts.
5. Equipment redundancy is required for equipment with long operating times and frequent maintenance, such as blowers, dewatering machines, submersible污水pumps, and screw pumps, to ensure continuous production during equipment maintenance.
