One, Working Conditions: (1) All design drawings for the installation of mechanical and electrical engineering have been provided and reviewed, as well as the design brief has been given. (2) The technical staff of the mechanical and electrical engineering construction has briefed the construction team on the construction plan and filled out the technical briefing records. (3) The installation should be carried out after the civil engineering work is basically completed. (4) Check if the water and electricity for construction meet the construction needs. (5) Inspect the pipelines, fittings, and associated equipment, with product quality certificates.


Process: Installation Preparation → Bracket Manufacturing and Installation → Vertical Pipe Installation → Branch Pipe Installation → Pipe Pressure Testing, Corrosion Prevention and Insulation → Pipe Cleaning and Disinfection → Pipe Water Supply.


III. Operating Conditions: (1) The pipeline, fittings, and auxiliary plans, prepared according to the mechanical and electrical engineering design drawings, have been completed in accordance with quality requirements. (2) All drainage pipes and fittings have been treated for corrosion protection. (3) The civil work for the drainage pipeline in the trench has been painted and cleaned, and construction can only commence upon passing the inspection. The installation process for the mechanical and electrical engineering includes: Installation Preparation → Drainage Pipe Installation → Support and Hanger Installation → Vertical Pipe Installation → Sealing and Plugging → Water-Tightness Test → Water Flow Test → Ball Run Test.


Four: Drainage Pipe Installation: Measure and record the dimensions of the horizontal pipes, and pre-fabricate on the ground based on the correct dimensions and installation difficulty. Drainage branch and vertical pipe installation: Before the camp installation, check the positions and dimensions of the reserved holes according to the type and specification of the drainage equipment accessories, to ensure they meet the requirements of the drawings and specifications. First, draw a cross line larger than the pipe diameter on the ground based on the correct dimensions. After repairs, prepare the branch and vertical pipes based on the center size of the cross line. The preparation of the vertical pipes should be closely coordinated with civil engineering. Pipe installation work is one of the reasons why the installation quality directly affects the success or failure of the quality improvement work in electrical engineering.


Poor quality of concealed piping in electromechanical engineering can lead to extensive surface roughening in civil construction, severely affecting structural strength; the quality of exposed piping will directly impact aesthetics. Concealed piping includes the installation of pipes within walls, roof structures, cast-in-place pipes, and pipe connections. Moreover, the curvature of the pipes should not exceed 0.1 times the pipe's outer diameter, and there should be no obvious creases or dents. When connecting steel pipe sleeves, the sleeve length should be 2.5 times the pipe diameter, the sleeve diameter should match the pipe diameter, and the joint should be located in the center of the sleeve. The welding joint should be firm and tight, and thin-walled steel pipes should not be connected to sleeves. The pressure depth at the connection of HT coupling thin-walled steel pipes and pipes should be no less than 1.0mm. After bending, sealing measures should be taken for the joint gaps. Installation piping in electromechanical engineering must not be partially exposed and partially concealed; exposed piping should not be used to replace blocked pipes.
