Floating Island Wetland

Artificial Floating Island, also known as Artificial Floating Bed or Eco Floating Bed, is a type of artificial floating structure designed to address eutrophication in water bodies. It utilizes ecological engineering principles to degrade the levels of COD, nitrogen, and phosphorus. The island primarily consists of aquatic plants, employing the principles of soilless cultivation techniques, with high molecular materials serving as substrates. By leveraging interspecies symbiotic relationships, it maximizes the use of ecological niches in water bodies, creating an efficient artificial ecosystem to reduce pollution loads. This leads to significantly increased water transparency and effective improvement of water quality, particularly exhibiting excellent algae suppression.
