Nanpi Ande Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. boasts a 30-year history and has the production capacity for various metal stamping parts weighing less than 500 tons. It is equipped with various processing methods such as turning, grinding, milling, planing, and wire cutting. The company produces a full range of sensor enclosures in various specifications (stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum), filter enclosures (stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum), instrument enclosures (stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum), electromagnetic relay metal enclosures (brass, Kovar strip, tantalum, niobium), precision metal stamping parts for various electrical and instruments, connectors (semi-automatic and fully automatic step jump molds), cold extruded workpieces, turned workpieces, injection-molded parts, and more. It also undertakes processing of various other precious metal strip materials. Our factory possesses unique processing methods in deep drawing and cold extrusion techniques, utilizing innovative technology to overcome technical challenges, particularly in the deep drawing of rectangular filter casings, ultra-long stainless steel deep-drawn sensor casings, and multi-process electromagnetic relay casings. We have surmounted difficulties that other manufacturers cannot resolve. To meet customers' appearance quality requirements, we have equipped a nickel electroplating workshop, where we electroplate our power filter casings in-house. Our product quality meets environmental protection standards (SGS certified) and can pass the salt spray test requirements of the customers (12~24 hours). Our factory currently produces filter housing products of advanced quality, supplying to various domestic enterprises including electronics and foreign-invested companies. We also supply products for Japanese NEC and Taiwanese manufacturers, meeting foreign clients' requirements and receiving commendations.
