The raw materials are fed into the spiral feeding machine, transported to the high-speed mixing unit for high-speed blending and integration, then sent to the extrusion main unit for heating and plasticization. The material is layered through the core and distributor, followed by extrusion through the die, surface embossed and coated, and finally entered into the molding machine to extrude the瓦-shaped profile, cut, and stacked.

Factory Suggestion: Equipment Length 22 meters, Width 6 meters, Height 4.2 meters. Factory height must not be less than 5 meters, Width 10 meters, additional roof space around 10 meters, total factory length should be 35 meters. Transformer recommendation: 250kVA or above.
