Zanzibar PVoC Certification

The requirement for Pre-Shipment Verification of Compliance (PVoC) on Zanzibar Island is stipulated by the Zanzibar Bureau of Standards (ZBS).

Purpose of Implementation:

Ensure that only products meeting the standards are imported to Zanzibar Island.

Protect the public from the impact of substandard products that may threaten public health, safety, and the environment.

Protect local manufacturers from unfair competition caused by imported substandard products.

Prevent the dumping of substandard goods into Zanzibar Island.

Customer-provided materials include CI&PL, product testing reports, and application forms.

Documentation Review

The application has been approved, and a testing date has been scheduled.

Upon passing inspection, the client provides the final CI and packing list, and arranges for the certificate issuance.
