The Moroccan Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment, and Digital Economy has implemented Law No. 24-09 regarding product and service safety. As of February 1, 2020, with a transition period ending on April 20, 2020, from the date of arrival in Morocco, products destined for the Moroccan market must comply with current Moroccan regulations. All regulated products must obtain a COC certificate to facilitate customs clearance and entry into the Moroccan market.
Products subject to the Moroccan Conformity Mark (CMim) regulations must obtain technical documents, a conformity declaration, and affix the CMim mark before these products are introduced to the Moroccan market.

In cases where all documentation is in place, inspection can be scheduled within 2-3 business days.
Certificate issued upon passing the verification
After inspection, a COC certificate will be issued within 2-3 days upon the client providing accurate packing data.
