We all know that communication is indispensable today. Communication lines are a crucial component of the communication network, playing a significant role in the smoothness of our communication. While communication lines may seem simple, their technology is actually not as straightforward as you might imagine. They encompass a multitude of technical pillars, including meteorology, geology, cable materials, hardware materials, and each aspect is highly technical; power accessories are devices used to connect and combine various types of power systems. Attachments primarily serve to transfer electrical and mechanical loads, as well as provide protection; let's take a look at the requirements for materials used with manufacturers? They are mainly based on overall requirements, primarily:
Use materials that meet the required specifications. Pipeline iron products cannot be welded or forged, except under certain regulations.
2. For iron products, all requirements except for nuts and cable hooks with electroplated zinc in the product specifications are to be hot-dipped galvanized. The thickness of the galvanized layer should not be less than 65μm, and it should adhere firmly to the surface of the iron. The corresponding zinc adhesion should not be less than 460g/㎡, and there should be no defects such as holes, peeling, bubbles, cracks, or zinc deficiency.
Material dimensions must not exceed 0.5% of the product's length in flatness.
4. Inspect materials in batches and ensure they are conducted after routine checks, with a minimum of 6 items. The number of samples for inspection should be 0.5% of the batch size.
If a material or product fails to meet specifications during a random inspection, it should be sampled twice from the same batch to test the non-compliant items. If there are still materials that do not meet the requirements, the batch is deemed不合格. The qualified products should be replaced with another batch, and then randomly inspected and tested to manufacture the components.
6. If the quality of the finished products is substandard, they can be weighed individually.
7. Some materials should meet their requirements in terms of tensile strength, failure load, and waterproofing.
