Recently, the foundation ceremony for the Jiujiaojiu East China Supply Chain Headquarters Project was held in Xinpeng Town. The project is planned to invest 320 million yuan and upon completion, it will serve as a comprehensive foodservice base integrating headquarters, production and processing, distribution, quality inspection, research and development, and display functions.
The 9J9 East China Supply Chain Headquarters Project is located at block 01-03 of SJS80002 in Xinnan Town, successfully securing the land on September 28th. The land covers approximately 36 acres and has a building area of about 47,600 square meters. The planned development includes headquarters office buildings, supply center facilities, and a comprehensive functional building, with an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan upon completion.
Introducing Jiunaou Jiunaou (Guangzhou) Holding Co., Ltd., a catering group focused on the operation of Chinese culinary chain brands, encompassing five niche areas: "Jiunaou Northwest Cuisine," "Tai Er Sour and Spicy Fish," and "Cong Chongqing Hot Pot Factory." The company has been in business for 28 years, having been recognized multiple times as one of China's top 100 catering enterprises annually, and it was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in January 2020.
The relevant official from Xinban Town stated, "The implementation and operation of the 'Nine Cents Nine' project will drive collaboration along the entire food industry chain, boost employment and consumer spending, promote rural revitalization, and foster the integration of the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. It will transform Xinban into a leading domestic catering and food supply center and positively promote the development of the catering and food industry supply chain in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region."
