Process of converting feces into organic fertilizer:
1. Raw Material Proportions: Chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, biogas sludge, and other animal excrement or fermentable materials with fertilizing properties are mixed in a specific ratio.
2. Raw Material Mixing: Thoroughly mix the prepared raw materials to enhance the overall uniformity of the fertilizer granule's nutrient content.
3. Material Granulation: Feed the well-mixed raw materials into the granulator for granulation.
4. Pellet Drying: Transfer the granulated pellets from the granulator to the dryer.
Drying the moisture within the particles to enhance their strength and facilitate storage.
5. Granule Cooling: After drying, the temperature of the fertilizer granules is too high, making them prone to caking. Cooling them makes it easier to bag, store, and transport.
6. Particle Grading: After cooling, classify the particles. Unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated, with the qualified products being sifted out.
7. Final Product Packaging: Apply a coating and packaging film to qualified products to enhance the brightness and roundness of the particles.
8. Final Product Packaging: Place the finished granules in bags and store in a well-ventilated area.
Fermenting deep-processing raw materials such as animal and poultry feces sludge and straw is both convenient and practical, with a high economic value.
