We offer a variety of soundproofing and sound-absorbing materials, acoustic solutions, including design, production, and construction.
Damping noise-insulating panels - Application scope
Primarily used in the construction industry, bars, KTVs, lounges, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, opera houses, home theaters, multi-functional halls, offices, factories, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls, etc., where noise reduction is required.
【Damping Soundproofing Panel】Ceiling Installation Method:
1. First, install spring vibration dampers (vibration absorbers) on the ceiling, approximately 2 per square meter. One end of the damper is connected to the ceiling, and the other end to the light steel frame (since the ceiling needs to bear heavier objects, wrap the area where the frame contacts the surrounding walls with sound-insulating felt to prevent rigid connections).
2. Fill the space between the ribs with eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton.
3. Seal the soundproofing felt, then cover it with a damping soundproofing panel (first bond the felt and panel with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the panel slightly for overlap. Use self-tapping screws to attach the felt and damping soundproofing panel composite to the stud.)
4. Seal the gaps between soundproof panels and between soundproof panels and floor slabs with specialized construction sealant.

Wall Installation Method:
1. The original wall has been cleaned and wooden studs installed, with an approximate spacing of 600mm between the studs (each stud is wrapped with a layer of soundproofing felt to prevent rigid connections).
2. Filled with eco-friendly sound-absorbing fiber in the rib cavity.
3. Apply soundproofing felt, then seal with a damping fireproof sound-insulating board (first glue the felt to the board, with the felt extending slightly beyond the board for overlap). Secure the composite of the felt and damping board to the frame with self-tapping screws.
【Damping Soundproofing Board】Advantages:
1. Fire resistance, made of magnesium oxide board, GB8624-1997 Class A fire rating
2. Excellent sound insulation, with an average sound insulation rating of 37dB, classified as first-grade soundproofing material.
3. Eco-friendly, fully meets E1 environmental protection standards, free of asbestos, smokeless and non-toxic when exposed to fire, creating a green and healthy living space.
4. Weather and durability: The product is waterproof, heat-resistant, and UV-resistant, maintaining its performance and quality without degradation due to temperature changes from rain. Additionally, it features anti-mold, anti-bacterial, anti-termite, and anti-white ant protection.
5. Easy to install, can be cut to size, convenient for parallel installation with other decorative materials.
