Damping Soundproofing Board - Application Range

Primarily used in the construction industry, bars, KTVs, slow-dance clubs, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, opera houses, home theaters, multi-functional halls, offices, factories, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls, among other venues requiring noise reduction.

Damping soundproofing panel ceiling installation method:

1. First, install spring vibration dampers (dampers) on the ceiling, approximately 2 per square meter, with one end of the damper attached to the ceiling and the other to the light steel frame (since the ceiling needs to bear heavy objects, wrap the contact points of the frame with soundproofing felt on the inside to prevent rigid connections).

2. Fill eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton between the ribs.

3. Seal the soundproofing felt, then cover it with a damping soundproof panel (first bond the felt and panel with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the panel edges slightly for overlap. Use self-tapping screws to attach the felt and damping panel composite to the stud.)

4. Seal the gaps between soundproof panels and between soundproof panels and floors with a specialized building sealant.

Wall Mounting Instructions:

1. Original wall surface cleaned and wooden studs installed, with spacing of approximately 600mm between studs (soundproofing felt wrapped around the stud interior to prevent rigid connections).

2. Filled with eco-friendly sound-absorbing cotton in the rib cavity.

3. Apply soundproofing felt, then seal with a damping fireproof sound-insulating panel (first bond the felt and panel with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the panel for overlap). Secure the composite of felt and damping panel to the frame with self-tapping screws.
