Damping soundproof board - Application Range

Primarily used in industries such as construction, bars, KTVs, slow-dance clubs, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, opera houses, home theaters, multi-functional halls, offices, factories, meeting rooms, and exhibition halls, where noise reduction is required.

【Damping Soundproofing Panel】Ceiling Installation Method:

1. First, install spring vibration dampening hangers (dampers) in the ceiling, approximately 2 per square meter. Attach one end of the damper to the ceiling and the other end to the light steel frame (since the ceiling needs to support heavy objects, wrap soundproofing felt around the points of contact between the frame and the surrounding walls to prevent rigid connections).

2. Fill eco-friendly sound-absorbing fiber between the ribs.

3. Seal the soundproofing felt, followed by a layer of damping soundproofing board (first bond the felt and board with adhesive, allowing the felt to extend beyond the board for overlap. Use self-tapping screws to attach the composite of the felt and damping board to the stud.)

4. Seal the gaps between soundproof panels and between soundproof panels and floor slabs with specialized construction sealant.

Wall Installation Method:

1. Clean existing walls and install wood studs, with spacing of approximately 600mm between them (the inside of the studs are wrapped with soundproofing felt to prevent rigid connections).

2. Fill the rib gap with eco-friendly sound-absorbing fiber.

3. Apply acoustic felt, then seal with a damping fireproof sound insulation panel (first bond the acoustic felt to the panel with adhesive, allowing the felt to overhang the panel edges for overlap). Secure the composite of the acoustic felt and damping panel to the frame using self-tapping screws.
